Cannelini Bean Hummus

SHOP (Noshing for 6 scoopers)
1 15 0z. can Cannellini Beans (White Kidney Beans)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 to 3 Cloves of Garlic (depending on size)
Handful of Italian Flat Parsley Leaves

PREP (20 minutes)
Rinse Beans in colander
Peel and Rough Chop Garlic Cloves
Finely chop Parsley Leaves

ACTION (5 minutes)
Place Beans & Garlic in Food Processor and Pulse
While running drizzle Olive Oil (about 4 TBL)
Add Parsley and pulse until finely minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Pour into serving bowl.
Suggest garnishes are more parsley, chopped chives, Paprika, Olive Oil drizzle etc.
Serve with Pita Chips, Crackers, Crostini and/or Veggies
