Mini Popovers

SHOP (12 servings)
1 cup Whole Milk
1 cup All Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
1.5 cup shaved Gruyere Cheese

PREP (20 minutes)
Pre Heat oven to 350 Degrees
Place Mini popover pan in oven
Gently warm the milk
Whisk Eggs until frothy
Slowly whisk in the warm milk
Set the mixture aside

ACTION (10 minutes)
Sift flour with salt
Slowly add wet and dry mixtures in a pitcher
(No need for it to be completely lump free)
Remove the heated pan from oven
VERY lightly spray with vegetable spray*
Carefully pour batter to about 2/3 full
Insert 1-2 healthy gruyère pieces into each cup

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes rotating pan one half turn after the first 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and serve immediately.

*Note: Spray may not be necessary with a non-stick pan.
